1. Order Processing

– Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once shipped.

2. Shipping

– Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

3. Tracking

– You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipping.

4. Damages

– We strive to ensure that every Amber Aura product reaches you in perfect condition. However, please note that we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur to bottles or products during shipping. We recommend checking your order upon arrival and contacting the shipping carrier for any issues.

5. Refund or Return

– We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amber Aura. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
* The packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when it was received.
* The proof of purchase is required for all returns.
